Hi all
Got a gold bond place with cancer research for this year, started doing a bit of running, have,nt run for 20 years at least, did 7 miles on sunday without stopping and its fairly hilly round here (gestingthorpe), printed off the runners world 14 week programme and need to do a 1/2 marathon fairly soon can anybody help.
Put myself down for a 5 hour finish for the full marathon, anyone run around these parts, find it a bit dangerous as we have no pavements or streetlights was thinking of driving into Sudbury and parking up and running to melford and back, all help or advice gratefully received
Andy
