Hi, I ran "london" in 4hrs 19mins - had to stop to use the loo as it were and lost ten mins. Ran in a herd running at the wrong pace so lost 19 minutes along the way. Disappointed :-( I am surprised you ban mp3 players... I use one stereo headphone and can communicate with all those around me easily. I also have another set of headphones that allows me to hear all external noise. I want to run your race but not without music!!
